LIB it's the Library Manager that creates and maintains the QuickBasics libraries. LIB can work with standard libraries for the Ms-Dos and the OS/2. Although the LIB utility can't work with the OS/2 dlls, which are different, can work with the OS/2 import libraries. There is only one article about Implib. The Implib just can be found in the QuickBasic Extended.
